Prior to formation of her own business, Jenna worked at the executive level for several large corporations, both in America and internationally, where her expertise in Financial Services and Human Resources with a specialty in business development made her a sought after presenter and keynote speaker at trade shows and corporate events.  


Jenna is the Executive Director for the Window Coverings Association of America and has been the owner of Sew Elegant by Jenna, a 'to the trade' workroom in Northern California since 2001.   Jenna believes the pursuit of education leads to a more efficient operation and a well rounded business owner.  She has been a WCAA member since 2007 and helped to found the Northern California Chapter as the founding vice president that same year.  In 2008, she was elected the National WCAA Board of Directors and in May of 2009, she accepted the role of Executive Director.

Industry Partners, Rowley Company and Kwik-Affix Products will also be on hand to showcase new products.

February Meeting Agenda

The Jacksonville Chapter is alive and well! We have some exciting things planned for the new year. Our local chapter goal is to be inclusive to designers, decorators, workrooms, vendors and WCAA industry partners. In our effort to achieve this goal, we have planned a program this year that will help each of us grow our businesses.

We want all our members and guests to fall back in love with their businesses. In order to do this, you first need to create a vision. Dave Josephson, The Growth Coach will be presenting a workshop entitled "Be Successful - Despite Yourself". We will learn how to create a vision and a mission. "Once you have a vision, then you can create a path to finding your success." There will be a Q&A Session after the workshop.

WCAA Mission Statement

The Window Coverings Association of America is the only national non-profit trade association dedicated to the retail window coverings industry and to the dealers, decorators, and workrooms that are our members.

Our mission is to make available educational opportunities in the window coverings and inter fashions professions, to encourage a code of ethics for fair business practices in the industry, and to work for the betterment of the industry.

Our goals are to promote professional in the industry, to provide a common voice for the interests of independent retailers and to aid in the success and profitability of our members.
